Terms of service

CMT Flow tracks garment production at bundle level: articles and lots, stock issued to workers, returns and damages, worker ledgers, and weekly payroll. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not handle payments and does not move money.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity carried out under your account. The first account created in a workshop becomes its administrator, who controls who else may join and what each member is allowed to see and change.

Do not share one login between several people. Give each worker their own account.

You keep all rights to the records you enter. We claim no ownership of your workshop data and do not use it for any purpose other than operating the service for you.

You agree not to:

Use the service unlawfully; attempt to access workshops or records you have not been granted access to; probe or interfere with the security of the service; or resell access to it.

The service is provided as is. We aim to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and it may be unavailable during maintenance or because of problems at the hosting or database providers it relies on.

Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose. Export functions are provided for this purpose.

Payroll and balance figures are calculated from the entries you make. They are only as accurate as the data entered. Check them before paying anyone. We are not responsible for payments made on the basis of incorrect or incomplete entries.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.
